Clint graduated with a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta. He started his career as an associate with a law firm that specialises in financial services and investment services law. He obtained a Master of Arts in Financial Services and is a certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist by the Association of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists.
