Dilek holds a master\'s degree in finance and is professionally qualified by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to perform the functions of MLRO, COO, and CIO, regulatory compliance, and risk management. She has a long track record of implementing robust management systems and ensuring full compliance with current local and international regulatory requirements. Dilek is a highly experienced financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in financial institutions, particularly in the banking sector. Under her leadership, preparations are currently underway to launch the new Wenger Finance Fund.
